Teresa has been working with us since 2016 as a cleaning supervisor at Eco Drift Commercial Cleaning and is a real asset to the company.
Our team and clients are always happy with her work and energetic, creative, and organised personality.
1. Tell us a little bit about yourself
Hi, my name is Teresa Featherstone. I am employed as a cleaning supervisor with Eco Drift. My job involves making sure all cleaning is carried out to high standards, I am also responsible for making sure everything in the building runs as smoothly as possible.
2. What do you do at Eco Drift, and what is your day like?
If any problems occur on-site, it is my duty to report back to the site manager. I am also responsible for the cleaning stores, making sure they are at optimum level and topped up when needed.
3. Why did you decide to join Eco Drift?
The reason I joined eco drift was to make a difference with the cleaning in an extremely busy working environment which has proved to be challenging at times.
4. How long have you been working at Eco Drift?
I joined Eco Drift in 2016 and have been working for the company for 6 years now.
5. What makes Eco Drift different from other commercial cleaning companies?
What makes Eco Drift different from other cleaning companies is we all work as a team.
The atmosphere is very communicative and supportive. It is easier to get work done this way.
6. For those who have not used Eco Drift’s services before: How would you describe them?
We have a brilliant team who cares about everyone. This gives Eco Drift its strength. We are all happy going to work every day because there is a good atmosphere.
7. What do you do when you are not working at Eco Drift?
When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family.
